Tweet to PM for inclusion of Tulu in 8th schedule of Constitution

Mangaluru, Oct 23, 2017:  In view of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s scheduled visit to the district on October 29, several  organisations have decided to  launch a twitter campaign to draw the attention of the  Prime Minister towards the longstanding demand to include Tulu in the Eighth schedule of the Constitution.

Already one such  campaign was conducted in August when as many as 49,900 people had sent tweets to the PM. The second campaign would be in October 29 when over a lakh are expected to tweet to the Prime Minister. Those who would like to join the campaign can tweet with the hashtag #TuluTo8thSchedule and can  tag  @NarendraModi @PMOindia@bsyBJP#tuluto8thschedule #SaveTulunad.
