Tumkur school picnic bus accident near Karkala, students escape with minor injuries

Karkala, Dec 22, 2017: Tumkur school picnic bus collide with auto rikashw at Kukkundoor near Karkala on December 22, Friday.

 

 

Reports said that bus ferrying 65 students and 6 teachers of Sri Mariamma Devara Rural High School Doddarampura of Tumkur were on their way to Dharmastala from Udupi. As the  driver lost control on the vehicle it collided with an auto rickshaw, later hit a tree. The auto driver and 2 students have suffered injuries but others esacape unhurt.

Case has been registered in Karkala police station.
