Traffic disrupted as crane rolls off road near Pangala bridge

Udupi, Mar 4, 2015:  A crane belonging to the Suzlon company at Padubidri met with an accident on the Pangala Bridge on March 3, Tuesday midnight disrupting traffic on the NH 66 for many hours.

 

 

According to sources, the mishap occurred after the crane went out of control of its driver and rolled  off the road. The driver and cleaner of the crane sustained minor injuries in the mishap. Traffic on the route was cleared only on March 4 Wednesday morning after Kaup Police arrived at the spot.
