"The pothole in question is at the place where free left is given at Bunts Hostel Circle for vehicles coming from Ambedkar (Jyothi) Circle entering Kudmul Ranga Rao Road and proceeding towards PVS Junction. The 159-second video shows Puttarama unloading mixed debris from the back of a mini-lorry on to the road, even as the latter half of it shows a labourer clamber on board and help him unload the rest of this quick-fix solution for the huge pothole.

Incidentally, Revanna Sidappa, his colleague from East Traffic police station, had won the hearts of motorists for fixing a protruding metal piece that potentially was threatening the lives of motorists on the opposite side of the road, leading to Ambedkar Circle, a few months back, with a hammer. Manjunath Shetty, ACP (traffic), said it is a peculiar situation for the personnel who are forced to undertake such quick-fix repairs, to ensure smooth flow of traffic at bustling junctions.
