Top leaders to attend Congress workers’ convention on July 7

Mangaluru, July 3,2017 : DK District Congress President B Ramanatha Rai has informed that a Congress Workers’ Convention will be convened at Adyar Gardens here on July 7,

Speaking to  reporters here on July 3, Monday,  he said party workers from Dakshina Kannada and Kodagu districts will participate in the convention which will be graced by a host of Congress leaders including Chief Minister Siddaramaiah,  KPCC President  G Parameshwar,  State party in-charge K C Venugopal, senior leaders Mallikarjun Kharge, State Ministers Dinesh Gundurao, DK Shivakumar and SR Patil.

 Workshops are being held at every constituency level to gear up party workers for the next elections. Meets are also convened to reach out government programmes to the masses, Rai added.

Harish Kumar, DCC Chief, Shashidhar Hegde, Ibrahim Kodijal, Kanachur Monu, AC Bhandari and others were present.
