Timber laden lorry overturns; knocks down electric poles

Bantwal, June 05, 2020:    A lorry laden with wooden logs  went out of control of the driver and overturned  after knocking down at least three electric poles at Marnabail Junction near Melkar on Friday morning.

 

 

 

The lorry was badly mangled in the  mishap. Electricity cables were also snapped and  electricity connection to the area was disrupted following the accident. The lorry driver however escaped unhurt.
