Three ganja peddlers arrested, 1.2 kg of ganja seized

Mangaluru, Aug 03, 2017 : Three persons peddling with ganja arrested by CCB police near Bunts hostel on August 03, Thursday.

 

 

Loy Veigas (24) of  Derebail, Almeid Karkada (24) ofFalnir and Pradeep Prabhu (27) of Kadri Kambla are the arrested.

On credible  information  about the peddlers police swung into action, under the directions of Police Commissioner T R Suresh, DCP Law and order Shantharaju, DCP Crime and traffic Hanumantharaya and ACP CCRB Valentine.

The operation was carried out by CCB inspector Sunil Nayak, Sub-inspector Shyam Sunder. They have arrested the accused, seized 1.2 kg of ganja, a bike and three mobile phones a total Rs 68,500.

 

The accused  arrested were later handed over to Kadri police staion. Investigations are in progress.
