Three arrested for theft in Belthangady

Mangaluru, Feb 24, 2020:  Belthangady police arrested three people who were moving suspiciously in a car at Pottukere in Kuvettu village and seized stolen gold ornaments weighing 115 grams, 61 grams of silver ornaments, laptop and mobile phones.

 

 

The arrested are Sathish alias Scorpio Sathish (33) of Mundaje, Ravi alias Puttu Ravi alias Jeethu (29) of Aryapu and Harish Poojary (29) of Kudupu.

The police also seized two bikes, one car and four mobile phones from the arrested. The value of the seized property is Rs 5.50 lakh. All the arrested were produced in court, which remanded them in judicial custody.
