Thousands of devotees participate in Lakshadeepotsava Padayatra

Belthangady, Dec 07, 2015: A Padayatra organised from Ujire to Dharmasthala with the objective of promoting a healthy society  was flagged off by  Vijaya Raghava Padvetnaya, Managing Trustee of the Ujire Shree Janardhana swami Temple on December 6,  Sunday at the temple premises. The Padayatra  organised in connection with the Laksha Deepotsava of Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala was participated by thousands of devotees.

Pratap  Simha Nayak, District BJP President, Prof. S Prabhaker, Vice President of SDM Educational Institutions, LH Manjunath, Executive Director of Dharmasthala Rural Development Project,  Kishore Hegde, President of Belthangady  Jana Jagrithi Samithi and many others participated in the Padayatra.

A bike rally  organised from Madanthyar to Ujire was also participated  by hundreds of bike riders.
