Theresa’s School, Bendur marks Patron’s day

Mangaluru, Oct 02, 2019: October 1, Tuesday the grandeur of the momentous day at the St Theresa’s School, Bendur  with a fitting  celebrations as per the exhortations of the patron St.Theresa. 

Sr Mariette, the Secretary of the Bethany Educational Society and the Correspondent of the School,  Sr Plilomene Saldanha, the Principal Sr Lourdes , the Vice Principal, PTA Vice President Mrs Charleen Rebimbus, Staff, Students and the Parents were present in large number.

  Charity, concern, discipline, hard work are key to make a difference in the society.  The students of the school collected various items like rice, dhal, grams, sugar, wheat, tea powder, biscuits, coconuts, paste, soaps etc. during the ’Joy of giving week’ which was conducted in the school and distributed these items  to 6 needy centers namely Inchara Foundation,  St Antony Ashram, Jeevadan, Gurpur, Cheshire home, Rosa Mystica Orphanage and  Balika Ashram. It was a beautiful experience to all the students to share their love and compassion towards the others on their Institution day and show concern as the patron had shown.
