Tamil Nadu woman arrested for stealing gold ornaments in Puttur

Puttur, Mar 25, 2024: Puttur Nagar police cracked the case of inter-state theft and arrested an inter-state thief from Tamil Nadu.

 

Iswari(45), a resident of Sikkilampalayam, Coimbatore was arrested. She had stolen gold ornaments from a woman’s bag at the government bus station in Puttur city last one and a half months ago.

The police have seized the gold ornaments worth about 6 lakhs from the arrested.

A complaint was filed in Puttur Nagar Police Station regarding this. The police have arrested the accused after investigating the case from various angles.
