Kasargod, Sep 8, 2016 : A woman from Bidar who was arrested on July 31 at the New Delhi airport on the charges of recruiting several youth from Kasargod to the terror outfit Islamic State, has now been entrusted to the custody of the National Investigation agency which is probing the case.
The woman is Yasmin Ahmed said to be the second wife of Abdul Rashid who is a prime suspect in the case. It has been gathered that Yasmin has been taken to Kochi by the NIA for a thorough interrogation.
The NIA team is presently in Hosadurga and is busy investigating the case of missing youth from Kerala who have reportedly joined the ISIS.
