Suratkal police inspector suspended for dereliction of duty

Mangaluru, July 10 2019:  The City Police Commissioner Sandeep Patil has issued an order suspending Suratkal station inspector Ramakrishna on charges of dereliction of duty. The officer remains suspended from July 9, Tuesday.

Ramakrishna has been accused of   failure to check drugs menace as well as the issue of cattle theft. It has also been alleged that he has turned town a complaint regarding cheating by a finance firm.
