Sullia Congress leader murder case : 3 police teams formed to nab culprits

Puttur, Sept 15, 2016: Police have intensified investigations into the case of brutal murder of Congress leader  Ismail Nelyamajalu at Aivarnadu near Bellare on  September 23, Friday.  

 

Three teams have been formed under the leadership of Puttur Sub-Division ESP Rishyanth, Additional SP Vedamurthi and Sullia Circle Inspector Krishnayya  to trace the culprits. Sources said the  police have gathered vital clues regarding the killers and  have already spread a dragnet to apprehend them.

Police are leaving no stone unturned in gathering details regarding the people with whom Ismail had dealings.  Investigations are aso underway to find if some land dispute or financial dispute might have culminated in the murder.
