Sullia: Beer laden truck overturns near Aranthodu

Sullia, Jan 17, 2021: A truck laden with huge stocks of beer bottle overturned at Kodamkeri near Aranthodu of Sullia taluk on January 17, Sunday. Luckily the driver and cleaner of the vehicle escaped with minor injuries. The mishap occurred at around 1 am.

The truck was on way to Mangaluru from Mysuru when the driver lost control over the vehicle. The truck even rammed into an electric pole after overturning.

It has been learnt that there was beer worth nearly Rs 45 lakhs in the truck.
