Subrahmanya group clash case: 7 accused released on conditional bail

Sullia, Nov 08, 2018: Seven persons including Chaitra Kundapur who were arrested on October 24 in connection with the group clash near Kashikatte in Subrahmanya  were released  from the prison on November 7, Wednesday.

 

They were in judicial custody  since two weeks and were granted conditional bail on November 5 by the fifth additional district court.  The  court has asked all the accused to furnish a bond of Rs 50,000 apart from a surety.
