Steps to protect Indira portrait at under-construction canteen at Urvastore

Mangaluru, Feb 4, 2018: After miscreants smeared black ink on  the  portrait  of late prime minister Indira Gandhi at the under construction Indira canteen at Suratkal, all measures have been taken to protect the portrait of the late prime minister at  another under construction Indira canteen at Urvastores.

Indira Gandhi’s portrait has been covered in a plastic sheet here to ensure it is not harmed.

Indira Canteen is a flagship programme of Karnataka government, which will provide food at subsidised rates to the people, working class in particular.
