Kundapur, May 25, 2017 : State Minister for Textiles and Mujrai has said that steps would be taken to adopt and develop temples which earn less revenue.
He was speaking to reporters after visiting Kollur shrine and offering a Chandika Homa on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
He said steps would be taken at the earliest to regularise the services of as many as 76 staff of Kollur shrine and also to fill vacancies in Temples managed by the Department.
He also assured all round development of the Kollur shrine and added that the department concerned has been instructed to expedite various projects including underground drainage, drinking water facility, construction of dining hall etc.
Harish Kumar Shetty, President of Kollur Temple Management Committee, Executive Officer Janardhan and others were present.
