Who is responsible for this?" questioned Palemar and sought a compensation of Rs 10 lakh each to the family members of the deceased.

He also questioned certain provisions of the proposed Act wherein the government will fix treatment costs."There is nothing wrong in taking action in case there is any discrepancy in quality of treatment, but how can the government fix the treatment  costs of a private hospital ?," questioned Palemar.
