The memorandum  pointed out that only a CoD investigation would throw light on the facts that led to the death of Kavya. The memorandum was accepted on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner by Additional DC Kumar.  Sri Rama Sene district Chief Jeevan Neermarga, divisional General Secretary Harish Amtady and Durga Sene District President Vijayashree Pumpwell were in the delegation.
