Speeding lorry kills young bike rider

Shiroor, Oct 24, 2018: A young bike rider  died on the spot when a speeding lorry knocked down his motorbike at Shiroor on October 25, Wednesday. The pillion rider has sustained serious injuries in the mishap.

 

The deceased person is Subhash.  He was employed in Bengaluru and had come hometown to attend a function.

The tragedy struck  when he was returning home after having tea at a local tea stall.

Locals have blamed the bad roads for the mishap and have also recalled that an accident had  occurred at the same spot a few days ago.
