Speeding car fatally knocks down scooterist at Pangala

Kaup, March 10, 2020:  A scooterist lost his life when his two-wheeler was  hit by a car  on the National Highway 66 near Pangala on Tuesday morning.

 

 

The deceased is Sudhaker (40), a resident of Udyavar. He was a painter by profession.

It is said the car which was speeding forth towards Udupi from Mangaluru went out of control of the driver and  overturned after hitting the divider. The car   ultimately landed on a roadside drain. The driver who sustained minor injuries  has fled the scene of the accident.

Kaup Police have registered a case.
