Special facility in Navyug Express for CAPF flagged off

Mangaluru, Dec 26, 2019: A special coach in Navyug Express reserved for Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) was inaugurated at a programme held at Mangaluru Central Railway Station, before departure of the regular train.

 

Personnel from the CAPF such as CISF, CRPF, PSF, ITBP, SSB, AR and NSG will be provided reserved air-conditioned berths in the Navyug Express, which is bound for Jammu. Personnel will board the train at various stations such as Chennai and Nagpur.

In Mangaluru, the CAPF is deputed at NMPT, MRPL, KIOCL and Mangaluru International Airport.

NMPT CISF Unit Deputy Commandant Ashutosh Gaur inaugurated the special coach. MRPL CISF Deputy Commandant Mrutyunjaya Swamy D was present. Appreciation was expressed for this gesture.
