Shyama Prasad Shastri death case : Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat gets anticipatory bail

Puttur, Oct 18, 2018: Senior RSS leader Dr Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat has succeeded in securing anticipatory bail from the fifth District and Sessions Court in connection with the Kedila Shyama Prasad Shastri death case.

Earlier, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate’s Court  had issued warrant against Dr Bhat and Bonanthaya Shivashanker Baht in this case, while summons was issued against Ramachandrapur Mutt seer Sri Raghaveshwara Bharathi Swamiji.

All the three are facing charges of instigating Shastri to  commit suicide on August 31, 2014.

The next hearing  in the case is slated for October 31.
