Sharath murder case to be probed by NIA ?

Mangaluru, July 22.2017 : It has been reliably gathered that the  investigation into the  RSS activist Sharath Madivala murder case  reported from BC Road recently  may be handed over to the National Investigation Agency by the Union Government.

Sources revealed that an order to this effect may be out in a couple of days. The Kochi unit of NIA would in all likelihood take up the investigation.

Here it is worth mentioning that several BJP leaders including MPs Nalin Kumar Kateel and Shobha Karandlaje had  recently met the Union Minister Rajanath Singh seeking an NIA investigation into the Sharath murder case.

Sharath who was attacked by assailants right near his Udaya Laundry at B C Road on July 4 had passed away at a hospital in Mangaluru three days later.
