Shakthi Residential School to host Summer Camp from Apr 11 to 30

Mangaluru, Mar 27, 2019: Shakthi Residential School at Shakthinagar will be organising a summer camp named "Shakthi Can Create" at the school premises from April 11 to 30.

 

The poster of the summer camp was released  by School Principal Vidya Kamath G during a press meet in the city on March 27, Wednesday. The camp will be held from 8 am to 5 pm  during which students will be taught Yoga, drawing, handicrafts, cartoon, mask making   clay art,  greeting card making, kite making, Rangoli art, Vedic maths, mimicry, leadership training, oratory skills,  handwriting skills, paper cutting, folk songs,  magic,  beach kite flying etc.

Renowned resource persons including PN Acharya, Venky Palimar, Permude Mohan Kumar, Dinesh Holla, Sudhir Kavoor, Sachitha Nandagopal; Gopalakrishna Delampady, Mime Ramdas, Ganesh Kudroli will  guide the students.

The camp will be held in three divisions for students from first to fourth standards, fifth to seventh standard and eighth to tenth standards.

Students will also be provided transportation facilities in the school bus from prominent points in the city apart from food during the duration of the camp.
