Serial killer Mohan case: Sentencing put off to Dec 21

Mangalore, Dec 20, 2013: The Fourth Additional District and Sessions Court has postponed the sentencing of serial killer Cyanide Mohan Kumar  to December 21, Saturday at 11 am.

The  court had earlier announced that the quantum of punishment will be pronounced on December 20, Friday in the three murder cases in which Mohan has been convicted.

The court had decently convicted him in the cases of murder of Anitha of Barimar, Leelavathi of Vamadapadavu and Sunanda of Peruvaje in Sullia.

A large number of people were present in the court to hear the  judge pronouncing the verdict in the cases which had aroused much interest. Already there is much speculation that the court may impose death penalty on Mohan.

Hearing into 17other murder cases  reportedly committed by Mohan Kumar, are not yet complete.
