Semi-nude procession by Justice for Kavya Committee on Sept 23

Mangaluru, Sep 12,2017 : The Justice for Kavya Action Committee  which has taken strong exception to the inordinate delay in investigating the case of suspicious death of Kavya Poojary, a student of Alva’s institution of Moodbidri, has threatened to take out a semi-nude procession on September 23 from Signal Circle to Deputy Commissioner’s office seeking justice in the case.

The Committee said it would resort to this move if the investigation is not completed by September 20 as per the assurance given by the authorities who had earlier asked the Committee to drop its plans to hold a district bundh on September 16. The Committee also informed that it had dropped the bundh plan following the assurance.
