Sea erosion intensifies in Ullal, Someshwar ; house washed away

Mangaluru, June 16, 2020:    Following incessant showers since the past two days, sea erosion has intensified in Ullal  and Someshwar.  A house at Someshwar sea  shore which was partially damaged during last year’s sea erosion was completely washed away by the tidal waves on Monday evening.

 

The house belonged to Mohan.  Following the damag suffered last year to his house, Mohan has shifted  to some other house. Meanwhile, a family which  was staying in a part of this house on rent, has also  shifted to some other place.
