SMEs told to tap potential of technology, internet to boost business

 Mangalore, July 24, 2014:  Nigam B Vasani, Vice President of the KCCI has strongly felt that the business community of the city was yet to tap the services of the nearly 150 IT-BPO companies operating in and around the city, in order to boost their business prospects.

 

 

Speaking at a session on “Technology for Business Growth” organised by the KCCI here on July 23, Wednesday, he called upon the small and medium business enterprises to tap the potential of internet to increase their business.

Representatives from  IT companies  spoke about their services.

Vineeth Bhat, Director of POINT Consulting Services Private ltd, Vaibhav Pai of Host Gator as well as a representative of Pro-Bulk gave information of the various IT solutions offered by them for small and medium business enterprises.

Praveen Kumar Kalbavi, Chairman of IT Sub-Committee of Kanara Chamber also spoke at the session.
