In this meeting, it will be decided on which issue the lawyer will plead. In the meeting, how to put the issues before the court and who will debate, will present the arguments. This will be explained. Earlier on Monday, the apex court had refused to hear the reconsideration petitions filed against the apex court’s earlier decision to allow women of all age groups to enter the Sabarimala temple.

CJI SA Bobde has said that the Constitution Bench is not hearing the reconsideration petitions today. He said that today seven questions are being discussed by the Constitution Bench of five judges sent on 14 November. The CJI said that when the verdict on the reference is given, the hearing will be initiated on the reconsideration petitions filed in the Sabarimala case.
