Renovated building of Patrika Bhavan inaugurated

Mangaluru, Nov 09, 2023: The renovated building of the Patrika Bhavan was inaugurated by  Mangaluru Press Club’s Founder President K Anand Shetty on November 8, Wednesday.

 

 

 

 

 

Speaking as a chief guest, Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel said a sum of Rs 10 lakh has been sanctioned from the MP Fund for the development of the building.

DK Working Journalists Union President Srinivas Nayak Indaje said a district level conference of journalists will be held in Mangaluru on November 20.

Contractor Purandara who undertook the renovation works, Press Club Manager Abhishek and employee Chanchalakshi were honoured on the occasion.

MLA Vedavyas Kamath, Patrika Bhavan Trust President Ramakrishna R, Press Club General Secretary Ibrahim Adkasthala, Press Club President P B Harish Rai, senior journalist Ravindra Shetty and others were present.
