Ramanatha Rai urges for measures to check Dengue menace

Mangaluru, July 27, 2019: Senior Congress leader and former minister B Ramanatha Rai has urged the district administration to immediately take  suitable measures to check the spread of Dengue fever.

 

Speaking to reporters here he said despite Dengue being rampant in various parts of the state, the elected representatives have failed to protect the interests of the  people. By staying in resorts and bringing down  the erstwhile government they have betrayed the people, he alleged.

What  has happened in the state is not Operation Lotus but horse trading, he further said.
