RTI activist Vinayaka Baliga case: Court adjourns hearing to Jan, 2024

Mangaluru, Nov 29, 2023: The 6th Additional District and Sessions Court which conducted a hearing into the RTI activist Vinayak Baliga murder case on Tuesday, has adjourned the hearing to January 16, 2024. The hearing will now be held on January 16, 17 and 18.

 

During the two days of hearing on Monday and Tuesday, the court heard the statements of Baliga’s neighbor Dr Subraya Pai and Baliga’s sisters Anuradha Baliga and Harsha V Baliga.

Senior advocate from Bengaluru S Balakrishnan is the Special Public Prosecutor in the case.
