Puttur: Speeding KSRTC bus rams into two-wheeler, pillion rider dies

Puttur Sep 8, 2016: A woman died on the spot after a speeding KSRTC bus rams into  a two wheeler. The pillion rider woman came under the wheels of the bus and died. The incident took place at Mukrampady near Puttur on September 8, Thursday.

 

The deceased is identified as Ameena (30) resident of Kalania Village in Sullia. Ameena was six months pregnant. Her husband Moideen Kunhi(40) and son Momammed  Mahroof (3) escaped with minor injuries.

It is said that Ameena along with her husband and son were on their way to Sullia, A speeding  KSRTC bus on its way to Mysore rammed into their two-wheeler killing Ameena on the spot.

Puttur Town traffic police have registered a case and the investigation is on.
