Puttur: Newly wed woman ends life

Puttur, Feb 06, 2024: A newly wed woman has ended her life at her husband’s house at Kuriya Gadaje in Puttur taluk.

 

The deceased is Shobha (26), daughter of Ramanna Gowda and Pushpa couple of Kukkaje in Uruvalu village of Belthangady taluk. Shobha was given in marriage to Rohith of Gadaje just one and a half months ago.

On Monday, she ended her life when there was no one in the house. The reason behind her extreme step is not known.

A case has been registered in Puttur police station.
