Puttur : Hindu Jagarana Vedike activist stabbed to death during Ganeshotsava at Sampya

Puttur, Sep 04, 2019: An activist of the Hindu Jagarana Vedike from Sampya was stabbed to death by unidentified assailants while he was participating in a Ganeshotsava  celebration at Sampya at around midnight on September 3, Tuesday.

 

The deceased is Karthik Suvarna.   Karthik was rushed to a hospital soon after he was stabbed, but of no avail.

ASP Lakshmi Prasad and other senior officials have visited the spot. Puttur Rural Police have registered a case.
