Puttur : 2 men from Gadag die in car-scooter collision

Puttur, Jan 22, 2015 : Two persons hailing from Gadag lost their lives in a road accident involving an Innova car and a scooter near the Kaikamba Colony in Puttur on January 22, Thursday.

The deceased are Shivayya (28) and Chandu Saab (35), both employees of Subrahmanya Temple.

 

It is learnt, the driver of the car heading towards Subrahmanya from Bengaluru lost control over his vehicle resulting in the accident. If Chandu breathed his last on the spot, Shivayya died while being rushed to the hospital.

 

Kadaba police have registered a case.
