Mangalore, oct 12, 2011 : The Popular Front of India (PFI) held the national publicity campaign of the Social Justice Programme, scheduled to be held in New Delhi, on Oct 11 Tuesday on Nehru Maidan.

PFI National General Secretary said that the aim of the programme is to create awareness regarding social justice for the minority and backward communities, to highlight the noble concepts of the Indian Constitution, which strive to maintain social, cultural, and economic equality, and to fight fascist Hindutva powers.

Expressing his appreciation of the Constitution, he said that growth in capitalism has pushed social justice to the background, as a result of which malnutrition and poverty are rising at a rapid pace and greedy political leaders are incapable of doing anything about it.
