Hithesh said that the functioning of the university left a lot to be desired in the last two-years. Timely conduct and announcement of results is one among the primary functions of the university, he said adding the university has stuttered in announcing results over the past three semesters. This is not only casting a doubt on the future of students, but also pointing a finger at the administrative lapses on part of university authorities.

He also stated that before Rs 60 was charged as for the results but now the students pay double but results do not reach students on time. About 210 colleges under Mangaluru universities and 85,000 students are pursuing education .Every year 1.2 crore to announce the result by outsourcing which has led to the confusion has made the student panic.

Terming this as a serious lapse, he said it begs explanation as to how the results were initially announced and later retracted and also points to administrative efficiency of authorities concerned.

ABVP will be forced to intensify the agitation if the university does not take corrective measures to the examination related issues raised by the organization. They demand the resignation of Chancellor, Vice-chancellor and registrar as these three persons are directly responsible for this situation.

Mohith, Chethan Padil, Pramodh Bantwal,  Anushka Kottari, Sheetal Kumar and others were also present.
