Protest March by Devotees ‘Ammanade Namma Nade’ against derogatory FB comment

Mangaluru, Sep 11, 2016 : A huge protest march ‘Ammande Namma Nade’ held on September 11, Sunday from Polali Sri Rajeshwari Temple to Kateel  Sri Durga Parameshwari Temple. Demanding the arrest of the culprits  against  derogatory comment about Hindu Goddess on facebook.

Devotees from various places gathered in large numbers at Polali temple premises at 6.30 am in the morning. After offering special pooja to Goddess the march was carried out in a peaceful way from Polali to Kateel.

It  was organized in order to prevent such an incident in future and not disturb the communal harmony in the minds of peopel. People should not fight with one another in the name of religion. We have to build up the attitude of oneness. This is a peaceful fight to wake up the government and the police department demanding the arrest of the trouble makers at the earliest.

Mohandasparamahamsa  Swamiji of Maanila,MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Kalladak Prabhakar Bhat, B. Nagaraj Shetty, Satyajith Surathkal, Rajesh Nayak Ulipadiguthu, Dr. Annayya Kulal, former MLA Rukmaya Poojary, Sulochana Bhat, Jagadish Adhikari, Raviraj B.C Road and many others were present.
