Prostitution racket busted : 4 arrested, 2 women rescued

Mangaluru, oct 14, 2017 : City Crime Branch(CCB) sleuths have rescued two women  and  arrested four persons  on charges of   prostitution racket being run in a flat in Karangalpady  on October 14, Saturday.

 

 

Santhosh Kumar (32) from Bantwal, Deepak (26), a resident of Bejai, Naveen (40) from Thokkottu and Asha G (23) from Davangere are the accused arrested.

Under the diections of Police Commisiioner T R Suresh , DCP Hanumanthraya and Uma Prasahanth CCB slueths acting swiftly on information raided the flat at Karangalpady. They have arrested all the four involved in the flesh trade, have rescued 2 women from there.

Police have seized two bikes, seven mobile phones , Rs 31,500 in cash a total  worth of Rs 2,06,100 from possession.

Case has been handed over to Kadri police station.
