Property dispute between brothers culminate in murder

Mangaluru, Oct 18, 2019: A clash between two brothers over a property dispute  has culminated in the murder of one of them at Kasaba Bengre late night on October 17, Thursday.

 

The  deceased has been identified as Mustafa while the accused is Abdul Rehman. The brothers used to frequently quarrel over the issue of ownership of their house as well as property. It is said the accused Abdul even used to torture his mother and sister over this issue.

On Thursday night too Abdul had picked up a quarrel when his mother and brother-in-law tried to intervene. However,  Abdul stabbed Mustafa and fled his scene.

A seriously injured Mustafa though was immediately rushed to the hospital he succumbed to the injuries. The accused has been arrested by the police.
