Process to provide door numbers to Bengre residents: MLA Vedavyasa Kamath

Mangaluru, Jun 18, 2019 : D. Vedavyasa Kamath, MLA for Mangaluru South,  June 17, Monday,  launched a drive to allot door numbers to 250 houses in Bengre, it is under the jurisdiction of Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) .

 

Speaking at a formal gathering in this connection, the MLA asked the owners of houses in Bengre area who have received title deeds, to apply for door numbers with the corporation and later do the khata  from the civic body.

The MLA stated he has requested Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd. to allot Rs. 30 lakh from its corporate social responsibility fund to build a healthcare centre in Bengre. In addition to this, an anganwadi building will also be constructed and other arrangements be put in place.
