Pray for peace and harmony: Khader urges Hajj pilgrims

Mangaluru, July 17, 2019: The  Hajj tour of the year 2019 through the Mangaluru Hajj camp and on behalf of the Karnataka State Hajj committee formally commenced with the first batch of pilgrims set to leave  on July 17, Wednesday.

The function held in this connection at Ansar Public School at Bajpe  was presided over by Mangalore Hajj Management Committee President Y Mohammad Kunhi. The programme was inaugurated by DK District in-charge Minister UT Khader who asked all the pilgrims to pray for  peace and harmony in the country.

Khazi Al Haj Twaqa Ahmed Musliyar offered the Duva. Assayyed Fazal Koyamma Thangal Koorath handed over the passports.

Central Hajj Committee  Member and MP Muhammad Irfan Ahmed, former MLAs K S Mohammad Masood, Moidin Bava, DK District Wafk Advisory Committee President  Kanachur Monu, Mangaluru TP Chief Mohammad Monu, District Information Officer B A Khader Shah and others were present.
