Policeman’s Residence in Mangaluru burgled, gold stolen

Mangaluru, Oct 14,2017: Gold jewelry from the residence of a policeman located at police lane in Mangaluru city was reported as stolen and value is said to be 1.4 lakh. Exact time of the crime is not known and the incident came into light when the policeman and his mother returned to back to the quarters on October 12.

The incident occurred when the policeman Sudheer Kumar and his mother were out of their residence from October 10.

When returned on oct 12, Thursday, they found the lock of the main door was broken and opened. Pandeshwar police register a case on the incident and investigation is in progress.
