Police thwart illegal cattle transportation in Kundapur

Kundapur: September 7, 2015: The Kundapur police foiled illegal transportation bid in Kandlur in Kundapur on Sunday September 6.

The police acting on the credible information, waylaid the Omni car near Zulfa Store. The two accused then fled away from the spot leaving the cattle and omni as soon as they saw police.

One of the accused has been identified as Zakir Hussain. The police found a cow and four calves inside the car. The police seized the vehicle and the cattle.

The investigation has started; the police are now searching for both.
