Police suspect murder after 17-year-old girl found dead in Byndoor.

Byndoor: June 17, 2015: The death of 17-year-old in Byndoor is being treated by police as possible murder.

 

The deceased has been identified as Akshatha Devadiga (17), student of Government Pre University College Byndoor.

The police said that, Akshatha had left from college at 4.30 pm, but did not return home. When her parents began searching her, they found her near the bushes at Henuberu.

The reason behind the murder is not yet known.

Akshata was a brilliant student and had scored very good marks in public exam.
The body has been sent for the autopsy.

A case has been registered at Byndoor police station, investigation is on.
