Police destroy 3.788Kg of seized ganja in Udupi

Udupi, Feb 23, 2018 : A total of 3.788 kg of ganja were burnt by the Drug Disposal Committee on court orders at SP Office premises here on February 23, Friday.

 

The Udupi district police had seized a total of 3.788 Kg of ‘ganja’ during raids in different cases coming under Udupi Town Police Station, Manipal Police Station, Karkala Town Police Station and Karkala Rural Police Station.

As per the orders of the court, the Drug Disposal Committee had destroyed the seized ‘ganja’ by burning it.
