Police arrest absconding accused in Deepak Rao murder case

Mangaluru, July 17, 2018 :  Police have arrested an absconding accused today in connection Deepak Rao murder  in Katipalla.

 

Safwan alias Chappu (23) from Krishnapura  is the accused arrested. He is the brother of Rizwan, who is a prime accused in the case.  Safwan was arrested by police near Mukka.

It may be recalled Deepak was working as a sales executive in a Mobile showroom. He was attacked with machetes and lethal weapons near Katipalla on January 03.


Investigations are underway.
